The Red Deer Co-op is a unique organization in Red Deer, owned and operated by individuals within our community for over 50 years. The strength and loyalty of our member base ensures the Co-op's present stability and future growth. Currently the Red Deer Co-op membership exceeds 34,000 individual members in the Red Deer and Lacombe trading area.

The Red Deer Co-op Limited has grown substantially since it was established in 1956 as a "one-stop shop" providing Food, Hardware and Family Fashions. The association now boasts three Food stores (Plaza and Deer Park Centre in Red Deer, and English Estates Centre in Lacombe), a Home and Garden Centre, and two Gas Bar/Convenience Store/Car Washes, altogether employing close to 350 full and part-time employees in a variety of roles.

Becoming a member of our retail team has its' own rewards, from the enjoyment of meeting and interacting with a wide variety of people, to the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service. We are looking for outgoing, customer oriented people to join our team, with an interest in working flexible hours, and a passion for the retail industry.
